Editor's Review

This no-annual fee card offers a low variable interest rate based on credit rating. Purchase and cash advance rates begin at prime + 4.99% and cap out at prime + 8.99%. Purchase security and extended warranty round out the card’s benefits. For those with strong credit, this is RBC’s lowest rate card. Like other low-rate credit cards, the advantage of this card lies in the interest savings realized when carrying a balance. If you don’t carry a balance, consider a rewards card instead.
