 Order by telephone

Call the credit bureau and follow the instructions

  • Your request will be process once you confirm your identity


Order by mail or fax

  • Make your request in writing using the forms provided Transunion Canada and Equifax Canada
  • Provide copies of two pieces of identification
  • You must receive your credit report by mail
